P.B. and J. for lunch!

 Who says you can't eat your favourites while being healthy? Today's lunch: home made peanut butter and low sugar raspberry jelly sandwich (with whole wheat bread). All very tasty, all very healthy. 












Home made peanut butter: 
  • Peanuts;
  • Salt.
Throw the peanuts into the blender, add salt, blend until a paste is formed. Then eat it!!!







Coffee: my ultimate love, source of energy and "metabolism increaser"
