Healthy Diet #2

Mornings are the worst, specially in the winter. We like to sleep and the warm blankets are inviting, careless of our obligations. But guess what? We still have to work! Waking up late, getting ready in a rush, living the house at the last minute... Story of my life! But is that an excuse for missing breakfast? No. I used to skip it all the time, sometimes I wouldn't eat anything 'till lunch or would just end up picking something on the way, like a greasy cake. 
But... since I've decided to became healthier breakfast is a part of my routine, even if I don't have time for anything else in the morning breakfast and make up always cut the list.

So, here's a simple solution for the first meal of the day. Takes about 2 minutes to pull together and you can even do it the night before, pack it in a luch box and cool it. Riding the subway has never tasted better.  








Yogurt Mix: 
  • Yogurt, any kind you like, any flavour (I usually use strawberry, peach or natural yogurts);
  • Fresh fruit, for the crunch (like peaches, bananas, apples, cherries... anything will do as long has you like it);
  • Oats. You can probably use another source of carbs but oats end up being healthier and some are gluten free.
Mix it all up and your good to go.
